👕 How do your items fit?

Most pieces are gender-neutral, designed with movement and confidence in mind.

- Hoodies: Relaxed fit for layering or lounging

- T-shirts: True to size with a subtle taper—neither boxy nor clingy

- Caps: Adjustable, attitude optional “Fitted enough to spark conversation, loose enough to hide a story or two.”

📦 Do you ship discreetly?

Always. Our packaging is minimalist, secure, and free from branding from our suppliers. Orders arrive like any other lifestyle package—your curiosity is yours to keep.

🔁 What’s your return policy?

If the fit’s not quite right, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unworn and tags intact. We do not exchange, therefore, please purchase a new item and contact us at otklifestyle@gmail.com for a return address (we do not cover postage and packaging). Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund within 10 days. See more on our refund policy here. 

We're flexible, especially for larger community purchases. Just reach out—we’ll work with you.
